Pickup:

Did you select to pick up your package? You can! Once you receive a confirmation that your package is ready, you can pick it up at the reception of De Ideeënfabriek. Pickup is available on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

If you want to exchange or return your order, we are always ready to help! You can exchange or return our products within 30 days. In exchange for the returned product, you will get your money back.
